FALL LEAGUE

Our Fall League Teams, consist of a mix of athletes from freshmen to seniors. Athletes will play against teams from New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Players get to sharpen their skills in games and workouts while getting ready for the High School season. While playing in this league our coaches will be evaluating athletes to see who may have the potential to advance to a higher level of play and be part of our College Showcase Tournament Team.

2020 FALL LEAGUE TEAM TRYOUTS/WORKOUTS

This Fall Staten Island Lacrosse will be entering 3 Teams in a New Jersey Lacrosse League. (2 at a Varsity Level and 1 at a JV Level) The teams will consist of 18/20 athletes per team, which allows plenty of playing time for each athlete. The games will be played on Sunday’s starting in October and running into November. Dates for these games are Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25, & Nov. 1. Games will be played between 4:00-10:00 pm.( Times to be announced ) Games are played on a lighted full turf field with a 10 vs 10 format and HS regulation rules. Times for games rotate each week. Each game is 45 minutes. Each team will play 1 game per week. The teams (as of now ) will workout 1 day per week. All registered athletes will receive a reversible jersey. Space for athletes on these teams is very limited. Tryouts/workouts will begin Saturday 9/26 and will be by position. Defense and Goalies ready to play at 8:30, Attack ready to play at 9:30, and Midfield ready to play at 10:30. Location for this tryout is: P.S. 50 School, 200 Adelaide Ave. in Oakwood. It is 3 blocks from Guyon Ave. and Clawson Ave. Athletes should bring full Lacrosse equipment and both cleats and sneakers. Athletes must be registered and insured in order to tryout. (both forms found online on our website)  All athletes are welcome to register.

Cost for this program is $250

If you are registering for this program please indicate on the registration form ( under program participating in ) years playing lacrosse, school, and position.

Before being selected on any one of these teams a verbal conversation/meeting with a parent or guardian MUST take place with Director & Coach Milone, Coach Lyman, Coach Gerlach, Coach Palma, Coach K. Milone or Coach Clyne.

ALL ATHLETES must be a US Lacrosse member and have a valid number in order to play in any league or travel team as per insurance regulations which are set by these leagues and tournaments. This is not something we are able to supply for you.
