CAMPS & WORKOUTS

Our camp is broken into groups where players will train, practice and play with athletes of equal skill level.

For the beginner, the program is a introduction to lacrosse. They learn all the basic skills: shooting, passing, catching, defense. All players learn to play both offense and defense. The goal here is to learn while still having fun.

For our advanced players, the program is a High School/College level workout. It focuses on specific position skills and drills. Attack/midfield players will work on shooting, dodging, stick work, face offs. Defense positions/goalies will work on positioning, checks, foot work, outlets, and wing play.
